高职院校实训基地内化企业文化对策

There is a close relationship between the training teaching of Higher Vocational Colleges and the needs of enterprises. Many higher vocational colleges have begun to strengthen cooperation with enterprises and vigorously build the training base of higher vocational colleges to solve the shortage of training teaching resources. However, in the whole construction and operation process, it may deviate from the actual needs of the enterprise or neglect the integration of the enterprise culture. Therefore, it is necessary to integrate the training base of Higher Vocational Colleges into the enterprise culture, make the enterprise culture and campus culture organically integrate, promote the healthy and benign development of higher vocational education training teaching, so as to improve the quality of higher vocational education training teaching and service, and realize the two-way service of higher vocational education and enterprises.
 
This paper takes the cultural construction of urban rail transit training base of Liaoning Communications College as an example, and carries out the cultural construction of the training base by introducing fine management and enterprise culture.
 
1、 Introduce fine management mode of enterprises and implement "6S" standard management system
 
The fine management idea of Shenyang Metro was introduced into the management system of the training base, and the "6S" concept of "sorting, rectification, cleaning, cleaning, quality and safety" was taken as the management standard. In the process of daily management, we should adhere to the established norms and have rules to follow; Arrange the site according to the purpose; Make signs and rectify the site; Clean the site to prevent pollution; Establish rules and regulations, and conduct daily management based on the principle of "6S" constraining people's daily behaviors.
 
Each training room of the urban rail transit training base shall identify the equipment (see Fig. 1) and article areas with yellow identification lines; Paste the rules and regulations of the training room on the eye-catching wall, so that each student and teacher can clearly see and implement the rules and regulations; The operation flow chart of each important instrument and equipment shall be written on the notice board; Remind students of the key points of practical training operation, objective requirements, precautions, assessment rules, etc. that must be completed by using the reminder board. In the specific training process, it is required that students should be seated according to the number during the training. After the training, students should sort out the training equipment according to the requirements, place the equipment in the place specified by the identification, and timely fill in the use record of equipment and articles. After the training, clean the training room? Roll? Establish the cleaning standard and assign the responsibility to the person.
 
By persistently adhering to the "6S" management, teachers and students are guided to develop good habits, making the clean and orderly training room site the standard of daily behavior, and improving the quality of students, so that the management level of the training room can reach a new level.
 
2、 Create the cultural atmosphere of the training base according to the characteristics of the urban rail transit industry
 
In order to build the cultural connotation construction of the industrial characteristic training base and create a good training environment and enterprise atmosphere, the training base displays the enterprise culture, enterprise operation characteristics and other contents through cultural display boards, slogans and other methods, so that students and trainers can experience the enterprise cultural connotation in the training base.
 
(1) Comparison panel of association between training base and training post
 
Compare the plane layout of the equipment of the training base with the operation equipment and positions of the enterprise, explain the training function of the training equipment, the training docking positions, the correlation between the training and the operation of the enterprise, and point out the high consistency between the training base and the actual situation of the enterprise. As shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 3.
 
(2) "6S" management standard panel
 
The training base takes the "6S" standardized management as the starting point, introduces the concept of fine management, creates the operation characteristics of the training base, and displays the "6S" concept as a display panel, so that the concept of fine management takes root. As shown in Fig. 4.
 
(3) Honor wall panel
 
In order to encourage students to actively learn knowledge and skills and understand the promotion mechanism of enterprise posts, the training base has set up an honor wall display panel column, including "the power of example" and "full of honor". Among them, the column "the power of example" shows the honors obtained by previous excellent graduates in the enterprise and sets an example for the students in the school. The column "full of honors" displays the award certificates of students participating in provincial, ministerial and national skill competitions, encourages students to practice seriously, and strives to win glory for the Department and the school. As shown in Fig. 5.
 
(4) Enterprise spirit slogan display board
 
The training base introduces the 12 character slogan of "highly centralized, unified command and level by level responsibility" with the enterprise spirit of urban rail transit operation, which displays the unified requirements of the training posts in the training base and reminds the training operators of the requirements of the enterprise, as shown in Figure 6.
 
3、 Conclusion
 
This paper takes the cultural construction of urban rail transit training center of Liaoning Communications College as an example to further promote the internalization of enterprise culture in the training base and form a situation of deep integration between schools and enterprises, so that students can understand the needs of enterprises and the cultural atmosphere during the school period, so as to comprehensively improve the professional quality of students in higher vocational colleges.
